- PARTS SHOP INFORMATION -

  1. The parts in the shop are 3D Printed parts and are subject to availability and varying levels of quality.

  2. Some parts may require a small amount of post processing (like trimming etc)

  3. All parts have been scaled as accurately as possible

  4. Parts will be limited to 10 parts per kit per customer

  5. You may request parts from kits that are not on our website by email (almost any kit is possible) and will subsequently be available on this site for purchase

  6. In the case of request of unavailable parts, it will take some time to be available on the site (1 week or less per part at the moment)

  7. Payments will only be accepted through PayPal Service

  8. Purchases are made at your own risk and Windsor Models assumes no responsibility for any damage or unexpected quality expectations of the parts, purchases are final and we do not process refunds

  9. Once payment is received you will receive a confirmation email and parts will be arranged for shipping to you
